Just the idea of going to Japan and sourcing vehicles, then importing the cars, servicing them, doing all the paperwork, dealing with all the shipping and transportation issues and handling government paperwork from two different countries. I love cars (obviously), and one of the best things about this place is that they make it easy and hassle-free to acquire rare and special cars to which we'd otherwise likely not have access. I wish the DMV was half as efficient as the crew at JDM Auto Imports! They are honest and decent and have always fulfilled our every car buying expectation.įour separate transactions, and we've never had a single issue with their flawless paperwork, including having to have a state inspection of each car. Don't listen to these other reviews, treat them respectfully, and do not wait their time and they will do the same. These are wonderful people to do business with and they will work with you. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle without viewing it in person since I reside in South Florida, and they gave me every photo and video you could ask for. The owners worked with me and gave me options and most importantly they gave me all the information that I asked for.

To be fair if I publicly posted days that we would not be available and was constantly contacted on multiple occasions during the time period I SPECIFICALLY STATED I was not available, I wouldn't want to do business as well. I noted some bad reviews stating how they didn't communicate much. They were respectful and straight to the point. After multiple rude dealers in Japan and nothing in my area having what I wanted I came across this company.
